Explaining the A.S.S. procedure

Do you have a problem with your Quechua Phone?
We have set up a simple system to help resolve the problem
as quickly and effectively as possible.

  1. Send an e-mail to our assistance service (supportquechuaphone@quechua.com), describing your problem in as much detail as possible. Feel free to attach any photos or screenshots.
  2. Our specialists will reply within 2 days and carry out a diagnostic assessment of your problem.
  3. If a repair or exchange is required, we will handle everything for you: A UPS courier will come to your home to collect your defective Quechua Phone.
  4. A few days later, UPS will then deliver a fully functioning Quechua Phone directly to your home (average delivery time: 8 working days).
