- Send an e-mail to our assistance service (firstname.lastname@example.org), describing your problem in as much detail as possible. Feel free to attach any photos or screenshots.
- Our specialists will reply within 2 days and carry out a diagnostic assessment of your problem.
- If a repair or exchange is required, we will handle everything for you: A UPS courier will come to your home to collect your defective Quechua Phone.
- A few days later, UPS will then deliver a fully functioning Quechua Phone directly to your home (average delivery time: 8 working days).
